Vladimir Putin arrived in Astana

    The Russian President was welcomed by the National Guard Orchestra.
    In addition to Kazakhstan’s President, Putin was welcomed by members of Kazakhstan government led by Prime-Minister Karim Massimov, as well as by the Chief of the Presidential Administration.
    Putin greeted the country’s top administration with handshakes. After the official welcoming ceremony with the anthems of both countries, the two presidents held a narrow-format meeting.The two leaders discussed bilateral cooperation and development of interaction amidst integration and covered international and regional problems of mutual interest.
    Besides, the two parties also discussed cooperation in energy and aerospace, as well as forming of the Eurasian Economic Space, www.tengrinews.kz said.
