Kazakh courts to send subpoenas via text message

    Kazakhstan’s courts will send subpoenas for civil cases via mobile text-messaging starting September 1, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reported August 30, quoting a Supreme Court employee who spoke after requesting anonymity.
