According to Forbes, a person that introduced himself as a Forbes-Kazakhstan reader who asked to remain anonymous contacted Forbes editors on October 4. He reported he had seen the two men in the Zuma Cafe at 5 Raphael Street near the Knightsbridge metro station.
The media had previously reported that Ryskaliev’s family had been living in London for some time.
