Border guards attack Financial Police

    A junior inspector-dispatcher assigned to a border post has been caught taking a bribe by the Pavlodar Oblast Financial Police.
    While the Financial Police were arresting the suspect, he and his colleagues attacked the officers, Novosti-Kazakhstan reports, citing the Press Secretary to the Pavlodar Oblast Financial Police Department, Samal Ahmedyanova.
    According to the press secretary, the financial officers were injured and audio, video recorders and evidence of the bribe taking were destroyed during the attack, Trend states.
