NSC border service captain kidnapped

    A captain from the Border Service under the National Security Committee has been kidnapped in Almaty, Astana TV reported on Wednesday.
    "The police report that four suspects are wanted in his kidnapping. They tied up the captain with sticky tape, placed him in the trunk of a car and took him to the Ili district of the Almaty Oblast.There they threw him near a gas station and fled," the TV channel reported.
    He is now at the hospital with bruises and abrasions, Trend reports.
