Court to consider criminal case on the burned fuel truck in October

    The criminal case related to the fuel truck that crashed and burned in Almaty could be sent to court in October, Deputy Akim of Almaty Yuri Ilyin reports.
    In addition, he said it will only be decided whether to give a posthumous state award to driver Goryunov no earlier than December.
    General Director of Helios Konstantin Sviridov said he was unable to comment on the failure of fuel tanker’s brakes.
    "I do not have the official completed analysis, so I cannot comment…", Sviridov said at a press conference Thursday, KazTAG wrote.
