Charges against Pastor Bakhytzhan Kashkumbayev dropped, but may not be legal

    The ICC is reporting that the charges against Pastor Bakhytzhan Kashkumbayev in Kazakhstan were dropped this week during a hearing which occurred without the pastor’s lawyer in the courtroom.     Astana’s count has dropped extremism charges says his lawyer Nurlan Beisekeev to RFERL, but the ruling may not have been legal.     Beisekeev said...
