Timur Kulibayev reelected member of the Board of Directors at Gazprom

    Timur Kulibayev was reelected as a member of the Board of Directors at the annual general shareholders meeting of OAO Gazprom, , the Russian company said on Friday.
    According to Gazprom, Kulibayev reelected member of the Board of Directors as an independent director. This is the third re-election to the board of directors.
    Kulibayev is also chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan, and chairman of the Kazenergy Association of the Oil-Gas and Energy Sector. He has been a member of the Gazprom Board of Directors ever since June 2011, KazTAG reports.
