Kazakhstan, Belarus, Russia to meet with Ukraine in August

    Nursultan Nazarbayev had a telephone conversation with President of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin to discuss sanctions imposed on Russia and Russia's reciprocal measures, and their probable consequences.
    During the call, the sides shared views on situation in southeast Ukraine. The Presidents confirmed the possibility of holding a meeting of the CU member states and Ukraine in the third decade of August this year as proposed by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko.
    Besides, Putin told about the results of his meeting with the leaders of Azerbaijan and Armenia. The sides also focused on bilateral cooperation issues between Kazakhstan and Russia, as reported by AkiPress.
