Men in ISIS video weren't citizens of Kazakhstan - NSC

    The National Security Committee has published an official statement indicating that the two men that were executed in the latest ISIS video are not citizens of Kazakhstan.
    The footage shows a boy and an ISIS soldier and two men on their knees. The boy, who is thought to be 10 years old, appears to execute the men, who have confessed to being ‘Russian spies'.
    "The National Security Committee carried out necessary investigations regarding the video and can confirm the men executed in the video are neither citizens nor immigrants from Kazakhstan," the statement reads.
    The National Security Committee added it 'highly recommends the national mass media to choose carefully and use links and materials from unofficial (foreign in original KNL) sources, Kazinform reports.
