Nazarbayev signs decree to use military to prevent terror

    President Nazarbayev has signed a decree that approves instructions for the armed forced for the usage of weapons, military equipment and military-style operational gear for the prevention of terrorist acts in the airspace, internal waters, the territorial sea and on the continental shelf while ensuring security, a news statement from the president has said, according to Kazinform.
