Abykayev briefs president on efforts to bolster national security

    Kazakhstani President Nursultan Nazarbayev has conducted a meeting with Nurtay Abykayev, chairman of the National Security Committee, Akorda reports.
    "During the meeting Abykayev reported to the President about conducted work in improvement of the national security system, and also the activity against terrorism and extremism," reads the message.
    By the results of the meeting the President gave a number of orders.
