PM Shinzo Abe to visit Central Asia in August

    Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe will visit Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan as part of his tour of Central Asia in August.
    The documents on Japan’s financial assistance for infrastructure projects for the states of Central Asia due to be signed during this visit, RIA Novosti notes.
    Abe intends to discuss with Central Asian leaders problems with drug trafficking and terrorism in the region as well, according to Akipress.
