Nazarbayev in US for nuclear security summit

Kazakh President, Nursultan Nazarbayev remains in the United States, where he is attending the Nuclear Security Summit.
The presidential Press Office said he planned to meet with top US officials.
The Nuclear Security Summit started in Washington DC on March 31 and will continue until today, April 1, according to Akipress.
Nazarbayev met at the end of Thursday in Washington with President of the Carnegie Endowment, William Joseph Burns.
Former US Secretary of Defense, William Perry, former US Senator Sam Nunn, Governor of California Jerry Brown, founder of CNN TV Ted Turner were present at the meeting with the Kazakh President, his Press Office says.
They discussed pressing international issues and cooperation between Kazakhstan and the United States to ensure nuclear safety, Akipress reports.
