Kazakhstan, India to do everything possible to boost economic cooperation

President Nursultan Nazarbayev has spoken on the telephone with Prime Minister of India Narendra Modi yesterday, a presidential press statement reports.
The two leaders discussed the present state and prospects for bilateral ties along with a number of regional and international issues.
Nazarbayev stressed that Kazakhstan and India's common stance on global issues serve as a favorable basis for the steady development of a bilateral dialogue.
Modi in turn, stressed the development of mutually beneficial cooperation with Astana is a priority for India's policy in Central Asia.
The two sides also expressed a readiness to exert every possible effort to facilitate overall economic cooperation, according to Kazinform.
