Nazarbayev meeting Putin in Sochi today

    President of Kazakhstan Nursultan Nazarbayev has met Russia's Vladimir Putin in Sochi today, August 16, the Kazakh President's office has said.
    Nazarbayev and Putin are to discuss Kazakh-Russian ties and international affairs, according to Akipress.
    The presidents are slated to discuss the bilateral trade and economic, cultural and humanitarian cooperation, the promotion of cooperation on integration into the Eurasian region, as well as key regional issues.
    On August 12, Sochi hosted the meeting of prime ministers of the Eurasian Economic Union, which includes Russia, Kazakhstan, Belarus, Kyrgyzstan and Armenia, Trend reports.
