Nazarbayev planning a number of high-profile visits this year

President Nursultan Nazarbayev will embark on official visits to Serbia and Poland by the end of 2017, Foreign Affairs Minister, Yerlan Idrissov stated on Wednesday during a briefing for diplomats in Astana yesterday.
Nazarbayev will attend the G20 Summit in China. He will also visit Japan and Korea, Azerbaijan, Armenia, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Jordan during the autumn, Kazinform reports.
While addressing the attending diplomats, Idrissov thanked them for their countries' support for Kazakhstan's candidacy for non-permanent membership in the UN Security Council in 2017-2018, Kazinform reports.
