Kazakh Parliament to consider a number of laws within state power functions redistribution

    Four codes and 24 laws of the RK will be amended to provide for redistribution of the President's organizational and legal powers in economy, budget planning and entrepreneurial activity, Kazpravda.kz correspondent reports.
    As the chairman of the Majilis Committee on Legislation and Judicial Reform Nurlan Abdirov explained, the goal of the bill on amendments to some RK Legislative Acts on redistribution of authorities between the state power branches is to increase the executive bodies’ responsibility and effectiveness, democratization of the political system. The main provisions of the bill provide for the redistribution of a number of managerial powers of the President, which can be transferred to the Government and other authorized state bodies.
    The relevant changes and additions are made to the laws On the Government of the RK and On the judicial system and the status of judges of the RK, Nurlan Abdirov added.
