Astana hosted an international scientific-practical conference "Modernization 3.0: Ruhani zhangyru" Kazpravda.kz reports with reference to the press service of the Prime Minister.
The event was organized by the Eurasian Integration Institute to discuss a wide range of issues on modernization in Kazakhstan.
Deputy Head of the RK Prime Minister Office Yerzhan Babakumarov noted at the conference that the desire for upgrade at present is tantamount to national-state self-preservation and quality development.
The conference moderator - director of the Institute of Eurasian Integration Gani Nygymetov announced some preliminary results of the sociological research conducted by the Institute.
"Research has shown that for the implementation of measures within the framework of the Third modernization there are favorable conditions. In public opinion, a high level of reformist sentiment is traceable. About 82% of Kazakhstanis deem the changes in the country necessary one way or another. At the same time, support of the existing sociopolitical course is high enough- 88%, ", - said Nygymetov.
The conference was a constructive discussion between representatives of the government agencies, scientific and expert community on the implementation of the key areas of the Program "Rouhani zhaңғyru" and constitutional reform.
