Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev signed a decree on appointment of A.O. Issekeshev assistant to the President - Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
"To appoint Issekeshev Aset as assistant to the President - Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan," the text of the decree says.
Issekeshev Aset was born on August 17, 1971 in Karaganda. He graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University and the School of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
