The first President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, received the first deputy chairman of Nur Otan party, Bauyrzhan Baibek.
Nursultan Nazarbayev noted Nur Otan party’s support of the government measures and assistance to those in need in the state of emergency, the work of the Birgemiz Public Foundation and thanked Kazakhstan people for supporting his initiative.
“A lot of money has been raised by the Birgemiz Foundation. I want to thank the business community of Kazakhstan for supporting my call to create the fund to organize assistance to those in need during this difficult time”.
The first President of Kazakhstan also noted the work of Jas Otan and dwelled on the issues of ensuring economic growth in the post-crisis period.
Bauyrzhan Baibek briefed on the work of the party in implementing anti-crisis measures and supporting the population in the country's regions.
Ending the meeting, Nazarbayev once again called on all Kazakhstanis to rally in the fight against the global pandemic.
“Our unity, mutual assistance will lead us to success. I understand that many find it difficult to be at home. However, now it is necessary to have patience to succeed,” the First President of Kazakhstan concluded.
