Fellows of old unite: Kazakhstan installs Supreme Council for Reforms

The President has signed a decree on the Supreme Council for Reforms under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, is the chairman of the Supreme Council while Sir Suma Chakrabarti has been appointed deputy Chairman.

Members of the Supreme Council:

Askar Mamin - Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Yerlan Koshanov - head of the Presidential Administration

Yebolat Dossaev – governor of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Kairat Kelimbetov - chairman of the Agency for Strategic Planning and Reforms of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Madina Abylkassymova - head of the Agency for Development and Regulation of the Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Asset Issekeshev - Assistant to the President - Secretary of the Security Council of the Republic of Kazakhstan

Timur Suleimenov - deputy head of the Presidential Administration

Timur Kulibayev - chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken".
