As of mid-April, farmers of 4 southern oblasts of Kazakhstan (Almaty, Jambyl, Turkistan and Kyzylorda) have started spring planting campaign, informed the press-service of the Ministry of Agriculture.
As of April 13, farmers planted grains and pulses throughout 218.5 thsd ha and oilseeds throughout 18.6 thsd ha.
