Kazakh PM held a meeting on Nur Otan's Roadmap progress

Prime Minister Askar Mamin held a meeting of the Headquarters for implementation of the Roadmap for Nur Otan party’s electoral program.

The meeting discussed digitalization of the processes of assigning pensions and benefits, increasing of the number of rehabilitation centers for children with disabilities, as well as housing construction, including for large and low-income families, citizens with disabilities, orphans.

The Minister of Labor and Social Protection of the Population Serik Shapkenov reported that 100% of public services related to the appointment of pensions and benefits will be digitized as part of Nur Otan party's election program from 2021 to 2025.

In the election program of the party, the task is set to open 15 additional rehabilitation centers for children with disabilities in the country by 2025.

Governors of Akmola, Karaganda, Aktobe regions, reported on the progress of work in this area.

Minister of Industry and Infrastructure Development Beibut Atamkulov, as well as Board Chairman of the JSC NMH Baiterek Aidar Arifkhanov said that under the Roadmap for Nur Otan’s electoral program, 103 million square meters of housing is planned for commissioning by 2025 ( 977 000 apartments).

This year, the indicator for housing commissioning has been increased to 17 million sq. M. This means that over 163 000 families should receive new housing, including socially vulnerable population groups. Over Q1 of this year on the Nurly Zher state program, 2.87 million square meters of housing were built in Kazakhstan, which is 8.6% more on-year.
